How do I sell an item?

What can I sell?
reLink is a single-source, multi-modality, and multi-OEM disposition solution for medical devices, consumables, and OEM end-of-life products.

If my item sells, when will I get paid?
When your medical equipment sells and you accept your offer, you will receive payment prior to asset pick-up.

How does shipping work?
The buyer is responsible for pick-up/shipment of the item, and all shipping costs. reLink will assist the seller and buyer in arranging shipments. reLink will coordinate international shipments and make sure equipment is packed according to specifications, and that all paperwork is in place to clear customs. What if the equipment is installed?
reLink will manage the de-installation process using professional de-installation companies that have the necessary insurance requirements. If the buyer would like to inspect the installed equipment before purchasing, reLink will collect a deposit of 50% from the buyer and set up such arrangements with your facility.

When is payment due?
Within 24 hours from the time of purchase. There are some exceptions for international wire transfers. Equipment is not released until funds are received.

What forms of payment do you accept?
Check, ACH, wire transfer, PayPal, and all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, AMEX).

How does shipping work?
The buyer is responsible for pick-up/shipment of the item, and all shipping costs. reLink will assist the buyer in arranging shipments.

reLink will coordinate international shipments and make sure equipment is packed according to specifications, and that all paperwork is in place to clear customs. reLink can also offer storage solutions for buyers until they have enough equipment to fill a container. How do I pick up equipment?
Depending on the equipment, we can have items packed and shipped to you or you may pick up from our warehouse or the hospital directly.

What if the equipment is installed?
The buyer is responsible for the cost of de-installation, and must use a professional de-installation company that has the necessary insurance requirements. If the buyer would like to inspect the installed equipment before purchasing, reLink will collect a deposit of 50% from the buyer and set up such arrangements.

What is the condition of the equipment I am purchasing?
Equipment is sold “as-is” with no warranties or guarantees (Terms and Conditions), unless it is specified that the equipment is sold refurbished and/or with a warranty. All refurbished and warranted equipment is sold according to the terms of the seller, and any equipment issues will be handled directly with the seller.

Do you have a pricing sheet?
No, we take into consideration condition, date of manufacture, current market value and various other price point factors.  Our Product managers will work with you to understand your expectations and pricing restrictions.

Can reLink Medical help me find specific equipment?
This is one of the core functions we serve our supply chain.  Our Product Managers will work with you to learn what equipment you need.  We then make outbound calls to hospitals to find your wanted equipment.
