A veteran's mission to reinvent how hospitals manage medical equipment.
Founded in 2014. ISO 9001:2015 certified. A national platform built one hospital at a time.
From X-ray tech to healthcare entrepreneur.
A. Ray Dalton spent decades in the medical device industry — Air Force veteran, X-ray technician, and founder of multiple companies that helped hospitals buy, service, maintain, and track equipment more effectively.
Ray saw a broken system: hospitals stuck with obsolete, excess, and out-of-service equipment, with no efficient way to turn those assets into value. He built reLink Medical in 2014 to be the "easy button" — a well-integrated service that complements a hospital's existing disposition process instead of replacing it.
Today, reLink Medical is the nation's largest independent provider of medical equipment disposition — and Ray's commitment to community runs through everything we do. Since 1998, 10% of his company profits have gone to The Dalton Foundation.
"At reLink Medical, our core focus has always been to bring hospitals and buyers together in a more efficient way."
